How do I get in touch?

How do I update or cancel an order?

For any changes to your order, simply reply to your confirmation email, or reach out by visiting our contact us page or emailing customercare@asrproducts.com.au with your order number or invoice number in the subject line.

How do I return an item?

Any item purchased through our website can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if it’s still within its original packaging and un-used. To initiate a return please email customercare@asrproducts.com.au stating your order number and purchase date.

Please note we’re unable to refund special order items or products purchased through a plan provider. For any such items, we’re only able to replace and repair products within the warranty period.

How do I request a quote?

To request a quote for items listed on our website, simply click the “add to quote” button on our online store.

For items not listed on our website, please use the quote request form on our website or email info@asrproducts.com.au with the details of the item you wish to order, along with your contact details and shipping address.

What payment methods are available?

ASR Accessible Products uses stripe and PayPal to process online orders through our website – enabling payments via Visa and Mastercard.

Invoices for special orders must be paid by EFT with your invoice number referenced.

When will my online order be shipped?

In stock items generally ship within 2-3 business days. For items that are listed as “On Backorder”, we will email you an estimated shipping date upon order confirmation and keep you updated when the information becomes available to us.

When will my special order be shipped?

Special order items are not always stocked by ASR Accessible Products and may be sourced from overseas. When you order a special order item, we will email you the estimated shipping date upon order confirmation and keep you updated when the information becomes available to us. 

Please note, special order items are only processed once payment has been received.

How do I place a special order?

Simply email info@asrproducts.com.au with the details of the item you wish to order, along with your contact details and shipping address, and we will provide you with a quote for your approval. Special order items will be processed once full payment is received.
